Sleek vintage armchair from the 1960s with a black metal frame, black skai upholstery, and wooden armrests.
The minimalist design is strongly related to Martin Visser's SE21 for ’t Spectrum. Especially the slender square frame, the bent back legs, freely placed backrest, and wooden armrests give the chair that characteristic Dutch modernist look.
The seat and backrest are made of black skai and are in neat vintage condition. The black metal frame and wooden armrests show light signs of wear consistent with age.
A beautiful chair for a desk or conference table, but also strong as a standalone armchair due to its distinctive lines.
Manufacturer and designer are not marked. The chair is therefore offered in the style of Martin Visser and not as an attributed Spectrum piece.
