Léon Pierre Gustave Picquot, a Belgian silversmith and jeweler from Welkenraedt, passed away in 1971. He was born in 1923 and is known for producing jewelry featuring silver hallmarks, often with an "835" fineness mark common for mid-century European jewelry.
