Refurbishment, seat area of the dark brown leather should be reupholstered. On one corner of the seat area a large tear in the leather and on the seat 2 more tears.
Therefore the asking price is also low for a unique vintage Geoffrey Harcourt copy.
Swivel foot and back are still in fine condition.
