A charming set of three vintage Italian porcelain kitchen canisters by Ancap, the historic porcelain manufacturer based in Sona, Verona, Italy. The three containers come in graduated sizes and feature a clean white porcelain body decorated with a colourful abstract geometric band around the lower section, giving the set a distinctive retro Italian character. Each canister retains its original Ancap Porcellana Sona – Verona – Italy maker's mark on the base, together with the model/reference 66/222. The containers are fitted with their original natural wooden lids, creating an attractive contrast between the glossy white porcelain, colourful graphic decoration and warm wood. The largest canister measures approximately 17 cm in diameter and 15 cm in height, including the original wooden lid. The other two canisters are smaller and graduated in size. The set works both as functional kitchen storage and as a decorative vintage Italian design piece. Condition. Good vintage condition overall. The porcelain containers themselves are in excellent condition, with no visible chips, cracks or significant fading to the decoration. The interiors are clean and well preserved. The original wooden lids show visible signs of age and use. The lid of the largest canister has a noticeable natural split/crack in the wood, while the two smaller lids show general wear to their surface finish.
