Product description
A very elegant vintage rolling cart from the 1970s, with a particularly graphic design and flowing lines. Its cream-colored painted metal frame is composed of flattened and carefully curved metal profiles, creating a graphic and airy silhouette. It holds two clear glass shelves, highlighted by gold-finished metal elements, and rests on four 360° swivel casters, allowing for easy movement. Both decorative and functional, it can be used as a bar cart, rolling table, side table, or end table. The two glass shelves are in very good overall condition, with only very light scratches from use. Note: a tiny chip on the lower edge of the top shelf, visible in the detail photos. The small suction cups currently present under the shelves were added during its restoration, as the original suction cup holders were missing when the cart was purchased. They ensure the glass shelves stay securely in place. The gold-finished metal elements have been cleaned and deoxidized. They nevertheless retain numerous signs of age, as well as some loss of finish/gilding in places, which should be taken into account. A piece full of character, its superb design of curved metal profiles and the interplay of curves are its main appeal. Dimensions: 80 x 69 x 51 cm. Glass dimensions: 62 x 41.5 cm. Carefully packaged.
