For the connoisseur and collector: a truly unique, 15-piece New Old Stock collection by Villeroy & Boch from circa 1960. The absolute centerpiece of this set is the mythical Vilbofour mini saucepan with lid; a piece that is virtually impossible to find worldwide in this unused condition. This set is a true time capsule: unused, razor-sharp, and clinically clean. The main plate/appetizer plate are stacked for the photo with protection underneath, not visible but safely stacked 👌✨️ Vilbofour & Origin: This concerns the high-quality Vilbofour oven-to-table line, manufactured in the prestigious factory in Luxembourg (Septfontaines). In contrast to later German mass production, this is the sought-after early mint green version. The porcelain is technically superior, pure white, and has the original deep gloss. Note the iconic 'hidden' onion on the bottom of the small dishes. Condition: Museum condition. Whereas these pans and plates almost always show signs of use or burn marks after 60 years, this ensemble is completely free of scratches, chips, or heat discoloration. The undersides bear the authentic Luxembourg stamps.
