Exceptional Reverso Large vase, designed by French designer Sacha Walckhoff for the Czech design brand Verreum.
A striking and sculptural design of hand-blown glass, executed in transparent pink and mirrored metallic blue-green glass.
The unique aspect of the Reverso lies in its design: the vase can be positioned in two different ways. With the pink section facing up, a wide, round vase is created. If you turn the object over, the pink section serves as the base and the tall metallic blue-green section forms the vase. One object with two completely different appearances.
Verreum was known for the combination of traditional Bohemian glass craftsmanship and contemporary international design, particularly through the use of characteristic silvered glass. The brand no longer produces, making original Verreum objects increasingly difficult to find. Designer: Sacha Walckhoff
