Product description
Ceiling lamp designed by Sven Middelboe in 1968 for the lighting company Nordisk Solar. This is model 41094 or 400. The latter number refers to the overall diameter of the lamp. The design is inspired by the Arena di Verona, hence its name. It is constructed with seven circular shades in white aluminum. Each one is tilted to diffuse the light evenly and without glare. The way the shades are joined together leaves no visible connection between them, making them appear to float. A timeless piece of lighting that is in excellent condition. It may show slight marks consistent with its age.
