Product description
Ceiling lamp designed by Sven Middelboe in 1968 for the lighting company Nordisk Solar. This is model 400. The latter number refers to the overall diameter of the lamp. The design is inspired by the Arena di Verona, hence its name. It is constructed with five circular shades in white aluminum. Each one is tilted to diffuse the light evenly and without glare. The way the shades are joined together leaves no visible connection between them, making them appear to float. This model features orange details between the shades that appear depending on the perspective from which the lamp is viewed. A timeless piece of lighting that is in excellent condition. It may show slight marks consistent with its age. 2 units available.
