Original Ilumesa table lamp by Verner Panton, produced by Innovation in the 1990s. A unique and now vintage design object by one of the most influential Danish designers.
The Ilumesa is a combination of lighting and a side table in a single sculptural design. The characteristic round shape and transparent plastic give the lamp a very recognizable Panton look.
The table was intended as an outdoor lamp but has always been kept indoors. Despite always being handled with care, the top shows a few light scratches when viewed closely. The light scratches are consistent with its age and proved difficult to photograph (white on white).
