Creation from my workshop: upcycled multi-material lamp
The central element is, of course, the retro socket and key switch, made of brass and porcelain, while the rest are "materials" that look like debris, representing all the things that make up old houses. Here, the garbage that's usually thrown away is brought together to create a sculpture with the appearance of a light fixture, which lights up and brings the past back to life.
The textured glass of old doors, the colored polycarbonate of gardens, a piece of door, patinated wood from a workshop: elements that flow through and present themselves as things were in those days, simple assemblages with visible logic.
