Born from a collaboration between designer Marc Sadler and the renowned designer lighting brand Foscarini, the off-center Twiggy pendant light is one of the flagship products in the Foscarini collection.
Modern, lightweight, and elegant, this light fixture is made from a base material of lacquered fiberglass. Its long, sturdy yet discreet stem minimizes its footprint and allows for the integration of a slender form into any space.
Equipped with an opaque diffuser, the lampshade provides direct downward lighting, thanks to three 100W light sources. A disc covering the shade reflects the light upwards.
The Twiggy stem is composed of linear sections, reminiscent of a fishing rod or the pole of a camping tent. When disassembled, it takes up very little space. Once assembled, it flexes gracefully. A simple counterweight system positioned above the diffuser allows for height adjustment in 5cm increments.
Installed above a table, coffee table, or desk, this pendant light is ideal for installations with an off-center electrical outlet.
