Superb and rare set of three antique Sarreguemines U&C earthenware plates, dating from the mid-19th century, with hunting scenes printed in black on an ivory background.
Each plate depicts a different scene:
The Doe
The Chamois
Fox Hunt
The richly decorated borders with foliage, birds, and naturalistic motifs typical of 19th-century Sarreguemines production lend an authentic and highly decorative charm to this antique set.
