Splendid and rare Tecno sofa, model D120, designed by Valeria Borsani and Alfredo Bonetti for Tecno, conceived in 1966 and produced from the late 1960s to the 1970s. An important example of Italian design of the period, it features large proportions, clean lines, and generous padding, here upholstered in fine brown velvet that enhances its warm and sophisticated appearance. The five-seater configuration is particularly interesting, extremely rare on the market and decidedly more sought-after than the smaller versions. Its generous dimensions and five independent seats give the sofa a striking presence, making it a true focal point of the room. The D120 perfectly represents Tecno's pursuit of ergonomics and comfort, combined with a rigorous and recognizable design, typical of great 20th-century Italian design. It shows normal signs of wear, as shown in photos, due to age and use. There is a small tear on the back of the left armrest, as shown in the photo. The fabric under the sofa has some tears or cuts, but these are insignificant as they are not visible and do not affect comfort.
