Elegant teak veneer sideboard designed by Swiss designer Dieter Wäckerlin. Its clean, horizontally emphasized design exemplifies the functionalist Swiss Modernism of the 1960s. The piece features two sliding doors with interior shelving behind them, as well as three spacious drawers on the right. The light maple interior provides a sophisticated and deliberate contrast to the warm teak exterior. The sideboard rests on a recessed wooden plinth with a black trim, giving it a floating, architectural appearance.
Condition: Good to very good original condition with age-related wear. There are some minor veneer defects, edge chips, and light surface scratches, particularly on the plinth and top. Overall, it is well-maintained, stable, and fully functional.
