Very elegant mid-century design sofa designed by Ole Wanscher for France and Son as part of the Senator series, here in a teak version, produced in Denmark by Cado. The new foam cushions are covered with a high-quality bouclé fabric from the Danish premium manufacturer Kvadrat / Sahco.
The three-seater sofa is of high quality in its wood and upholstery parts and is in a very nice, stable vintage condition with few signs of wear on the wood in the form of light scratches, slight discoloration and chips.

This Mid Century three seat sofa was designed by Ole Wanscher for the Sentator Series for France and Son in the 1950s. This model is made out of solid teak wood and was manufactured by Cado in Denmark. The elegant shape and the organic proportions make this sofa one of the most popular designs of the Danish mid century era. The couch comes with comfortable new cushions with high quality bouclé upholstery by Danish premium manufacturer Kvadrat / Sahco.
The teak wood frame shows only some minor traces of wear and tear, nothing that distracts. The original box spring cushions got a new foam coat upholstery. The sofa’s overall appearance presents beautifully.
