This sculptural tabouret was designed by Marcel Wanders as part of his 'Beautiful Women' collection for Quodes. The seat is upholstered in Kvadrat Sudden in the shade 'Brown' - a fabric with subtle sheen and rich texture. The base is made of 1 cm thick, laser-cut steel, powder-coated black.
If still in stock at the time of purchase, a seat with Kvadrat Sudden in Gold can be supplied instead of Brown, if required.
With its graphic shape and rounded lines, the design refers to the 1960s, but fits perfectly into both contemporary and more eclectic interiors. 'Ken' can be used as a pouf, seat stool or to complement the matching dressing table combinations.
Looking for a complete set? Combinations with mirror Paris, dressing tables Jen or Kate, and other matching items can be found through Whoppah (search for Quodes). When purchasing multiple items, a discount is negotiable.
Unique opportunity for lovers of cultural and rare design. Normally only available for interior design projects in larger quantities.

The tabouret is unused and from long-term storage. There are some bumps in the powder coating of the baseplate - possible weak spots in the coating. Should these eventually come off, you can have the base or just the baseplate repainted. In this way, this remains a durable and timeless investment.
