These nesting tables, designed by Pierre Vandel in the 1970s, are an excellent example of contemporary style. Made from blue-lacquered metal, they are distinctive with gold piping and a glass top. Although they show visible signs of wear, this vintage charm gives them a special character. The small table has a slightly chipped corner, but this doesn't detract from their aesthetic appeal. The large table measures 40.5 cm x 49.5 cm with a height of 38 cm, while the medium table measures 40.5 cm x 40.5 cm with a height of 33.5 cm, and the small table measures 40.5 cm x 31.5 cm with a height of 29 cm. Pierre Vandel, engineer-turned-designer, made his mark on his era and remains a pioneer of accessible design in the mass-market sector.
