Sculptural 1970s Italian Table Lamp Attributed to Gaetano Sciolari
A remarkable example of mid-century Italian design, this striking table lamp is attributed to Gaetano Sciolari and dates to the 1970s. The architectural chrome base features a dynamic composition of three vertically staggered columns, interconnected with sleek horizontal bars that echo the lamp’s modernist sensibility.
Each light is crowned with a Murano glass shade—geometrically faceted and delicately tinted in a soft gradient of milk white and blush pink. The star-like motif at the top of each shade adds a touch of sculptural artistry, diffusing the light with a warm, ambient glow.
