Adjustable desk lamp 'Odette' type TL 218 N, designed by Bauhaus member Wolfgang Tuempel and manufactured by Waldmann Leuchten, Germany (Elektro-Waldmann, Schwenningen) in the 1960s.
It is made of plastic, beige lacquered metal, and chrome-plated steel tubing. It is marked.
Wolfgang Tuempel (1903-1978) was a Bauhaus designer. His work is represented in the collections of the Victoria & Albert Museum, London, and the Bauhaus Museum, Berlin. Dimensions: Width approx. 35 cm, Height approx. 43 cm.
It shows signs of age, such as slight residue, minor soiling, a few small paint chips, minor abrasions, and scratches. The lamp itself is functional; however, I cannot guarantee its functionality, and it should be professionally inspected. Please also refer to the photos for the condition.
