Product description
An elegant mid-century bed by the Swiss manufacturer Swiss Form, crafted in the 1950s. This bed combines Scandinavian-inspired design with high-quality Swiss craftsmanship and impresses with its clean lines and harmonious combination of warm teak and original rattan.
The rectangular bed frame features a solid teak headboard and footboard, each adorned with finely woven cane/rattan. The characteristic, gently rounded side panels lend the bed its elegant lightness. The original beechwood slatted base has an adjustable headboard, providing added comfort for reading or relaxing.
With its timeless design, this bed is an authentic example of Swiss mid-century design and is ideal for both modern and classic interiors.
Condition: Very good vintage condition with a beautiful patina. The teak is in excellent condition, and the original rattan is intact. The slatted base is complete and the headboard is adjustable. Minor signs of wear consistent with age.
