A beautiful and increasingly collectible Scandinavian floor lamp produced in Sweden by Solbackens Svarveri in the 1970s.
This sculptural lamp is made entirely from solid lathe-turned pine, featuring the characteristic segmented column design and wide architectural base that define Swedish Brutalist and Nordic Modern lighting of this era. Its warm natural grain and honest patina give the lamp a calm, organic presence — perfect for Japandi, Wabi-Sabi and mid-century interiors.
This example is the more desirable dual-socket version, fitted with two E27 bulb armatures, creating a rich and layered ambient light.
The lampshade has been replaced with a neutral light grey linen shade, which complements the pine beautifully and keeps the lamp versatile in modern interiors.
A rare and atmospheric statement piece, seldom found outside Scandinavia.
