Superb Vintage Octagonal Molded Glass Art Deco Tray – 1930s/50s. A magnificent vintage octagonal serving tray in clear pressed glass, dating from the Art Deco/Modernist period (circa 1930-1950). This model with cut corners is distinguished by its superb geometric "irregular paving" design (hatched geometric polygons in low relief), which beautifully catches the light, while presenting a smooth surface. It has two handles integrated into the glass for easy and secure handling. A decorative and functional object that can be used as a serving tray, appetizer tray, bar tray, display tray, or decorative catch-all. In excellent vintage condition consistent with its age. The glass is bright and shiny, without any major cracks or chips (see photos of the handle and the close-up).
