Introducing a magnificent pair of original "Noce" lamps in their elegant frosted glass version, designed by the legendary master Achille Castiglioni for Flos in 1972. This set represents a cornerstone of Italian industrial design, merging robust engineering with a sophisticated, minimalist form that is as sculptural as it is functional.
The Noce lamp is one of Castiglioni’s most iconic creations. Built with a heavy die-cast aluminum base and a thick, high-quality pressed frosted glass diffuser, its design was inspired by the simple, protective form of a nut. This robustness allows for remarkable versatility; the Noce can be beautifully utilized as a wall sconce, a ceiling flush mount, or even a unique, durable floor lamp.
Unlike the clear glass version, the frosted prismatic glass creates a soft, uniform, and glare-free illumination.
