Elegant ceiling lamp produced by Stilnovo in the 1950s, an example of the Milanese company’s research into combining light quality and formal purity in lighting designed for domestic architecture.
The large circular diffuser in molded glass features a refined prismatic texture that enriches the surface while allowing a soft and even diffusion of light. The gently domed shape gives the lamp a discreet yet sculptural presence that integrates naturally into the surrounding space.
The diffuser is secured by a central brass element that highlights the essential geometry of the piece, while the painted metal base remains minimal, allowing the glass to define the visual character of the lamp.
The glass craftsmanship, typical of Stilnovo production of the period, merges technical function with material refinement, transforming a lighting fixture into a sober and timeless decorative element.
It uses three E27 bulbs.
Condition: Excellent overall condition, small stain on the inside of the glass.
