Product description
This Stiemsma trolley is a beautiful example of Dutch design from the 1960s. A clear and functional design where clean lines and warm materials balance each other. The trolley is versatile as a side table, serving trolley, or mobile storage unit.
The frame is made of rectangular steel tubing with an anthracite finish. Within the frame are two teak tops that appear to float, thanks to subtle buffers between the metal and the wood. The warm color and distinct grain of the teak create a calm contrast with the clean lines of the frame. The original casters make the trolley easy to move and enhance the functional character of the design.
We have fully restored the trolley. The wooden tops have been stripped of old maintenance layers and refinished to reveal the natural look of the teak. The metal frame has been carefully cleaned and treated with a special metal wax. The casters have also been cleaned and lubricated, ensuring smooth running. The trolley is in good condition and ready for immediate use.
