A true showpiece: this exceptionally large spiral vintage chandelier was designed and manufactured by Palme Leuchten (Ernst Palme GmbH) in West Germany, circa 1970–1980. This spectacular designer lamp is a textbook example of Hollywood Regency glamour with the technical finesse of German craftsmanship.
The chandelier consists of an elaborately designed cascading spiral of more than one hundred transparent solid glass rods – each with brass tips – arranged in multiple rings and layers around a central structure. This arrangement creates a dramatic floating light effect that is perfect for high stairwells, entrances, or loft-like spaces.
This specific model is extremely rare – not only for its impressive dimensions (160 cm high × 60 cm in diameter), but also for its complete originality, the presence of brand tags, and the included original spare parts (glass rods and mounting hardware).
