Spanish Revival vintage stool featuring a dark wood frame, hand-woven leather strap seat finished with studs. One available. The architectural form of this ottoman is associated with Spanish Revival and Spanish Colonial furniture. The dark wooden frame is constructed with gracefully curved legs and scroll edges, while the seat is constructed from woven, beautifully patinated leather straps secured with rows of decorative metal studs; lots of Old World character. The low profile makes it versatile as a footstool, leather ottoman, seating, magazine and book holder and decorative accent. Complements rustic, Mediterranean and Southwestern styles. One leather strap has come away from its stud, as shown in the photographs, which does not affect the stability of the seat. The dark wood frame shows some scratches on legs as pictured, remains extremely sturdy and stable. The leather straps are patinated, but conditioned.
