This Space Age accent lamp is upcycled from an original Jasba ceramic vase from the 1960s/70s. The series with its signature "strawberry bumps" is one of the manufacturer's most iconic designs and was produced in many colors, shapes, and sizes – however, the bulbous shape in this deep cobalt blue glaze is rare.
The vase impresses with its textured surface and the intensely glossy, dark blue glaze, which develops a unique depth depending on the light. A particularly beautiful example of West German pottery.

Lampshade:
The lampshade is covered with a high-quality Italian upholstery fabric featuring a stylized landscape in the Space Age style. Warm color gradients meet cool blue tones, echoing the vase's color.
When switched on, the lamp creates an atmospheric lighting effect with depth and soft transitions.
Conversion to a lamp (preserving the object):
The vase was converted into a lamp without altering its structure: no drilling, a reversible plug-in solution, and weighted for stability. The original condition and thus its collector's value are fully preserved.
Technology – wireless & flexible:
The lamp is powered by a rechargeable LED bulb, which can be charged via a USB-C cable. It provides up to 12 hours of light. The bulb can be purchased separately for approximately €12, ensuring the lamp's long-term sustainability. The bulb is also suitable for outdoor use.
Ideal for balconies, patios, or flexible indoor and outdoor lighting installations without a power outlet. Dimmable via remote control, with multiple color temperatures.
Optional:
Upon request, the lamp can also be supplied with a classic socket and cable at no extra charge. Since no drilling is required, the cable is inserted directly into the socket. Please specify this when ordering.
