This small tripod vase in gilded bronze is an ode to plant grace and the organic sculptural art of the late 19th century. Supported by three feet elegantly knotted with floral garlands, the body of the vase is wrapped in vines that tenderly embrace a small putti in low relief. The patinated bronze reveals subtle hints of gilded bronze, while the interior is delicately gilded with fine gold.
