A small witness to a bygone era, this silver-plated candle holder belongs to those modest yet elegant objects that naturally accompanied daily life. Its shape is particularly pleasing, with a wide circular dish surrounded by a delicate fluted rim and a central candle socket highlighted by several moldings.
