Product description
Small vintage amphora vase in glazed ceramic from Safi, Moroccan craftsmanship from the 1960s-1980s. Its attractive silhouette, with a rounded body, narrow neck, and two large arched handles, is entirely hand-decorated with stylized geometric and floral motifs in a beautiful palette of brown, black, green, and yellow on a crackled beige background. An unidentified signature is present on the base.
16.5 cm high, 15 cm wide at its widest point including the handles, and approximately 13-14 cm in diameter at its widest point. In very good overall condition, with a few minor, discreet signs of age. Approximately 700-800 grams.
