A very beautiful small antique Art Nouveau vase, dating from 1900-1915, made of mouth-blown glass, unsigned, in the style of Loetz or Kralik. Elegant hourglass shape. The clear, light green/olive glass has a frosted, satin finish with subtle iridescence and blue-violet reflections. The fine texture, with numerous small trapped bubbles, testifies to the craftsmanship of the past.
14.5 cm high, 11 cm maximum diameter, 6.2 cm neck diameter. The body is in very good condition, but the neck has several old chips, approximately six in total, including two larger ones of about 5 mm and 1 cm, as well as some smaller, more discreet nibbling. Visible upon close inspection, but relatively inconspicuous overall. Approximately 450-500 grams.
