This coffee table from the 1970s impresses with its clear design language and the combination of lightness and stability.
The solid, rectangular glass top, which has a diameter of 2 cm, rests on a geometrically constructed wooden base consisting of angular, profiled frame elements.
Two skid feet set at right angles form the side supports and are joined together along the longitudinal axis by a connecting piece of wood.
The glass top rests on the wooden frame or on the embedded rubber buffers, which provides additional stability and at the same time emphasizes the transparency. The base frame is made of light-stained solid wood, probably beech or ash.
Dimensions: L150 x W60 x H42 cm (2 cm thick glass top)
