For sale is an exclusive, hand-knotted Oriental rug from the world-famous Persian rug-weaving province of Qom (Iran). This magnificent piece captivates with its extremely fine master knotting and the timeless, detailed "Tree of Life" motif featuring artistic birds and floral tendrils.
Highlights & Quality Features:
• Origin / Provenance: Qom (Gothic), Iran – verifiable by the original dealer's certificate/label on the back ("Genuine Persians by Bley").
• Material: 100% pure, high-quality natural silk (pile, warp, and weft). The rug has the typical fine, silky sheen.
• Knot density: A sensational approximately 1,000,000 knots per square meter (100 knots/cm²). This represents the absolute pinnacle of traditional craftsmanship.
• Motif: Classic Tree of Life emerging from a vase, surrounded by detailed birds and a delicate border.
