Product description
This is a classic example of maritime folk art from the 1900s and earlier, crafted by fishermen or marines. The object depicts a detailed ship in a bottle, a traditional craft technique that requires patience and precision.

The bottle is made from an old whisky bottle. The Johnny Walker bottle was suitable for this purpose due to its square shape.
It features a hand-painted diorama of a grey ship designated 'F201', Frigate, Brazilian Navy "Jerônimo de Albuquerque", a military vessel, set against a background of a blue sky with white clouds and a coastline.
The object is in good condition, befitting its age and artisanal character. The original finish and details of the ship have been well preserved, contributing to the authentic appearance of this piece.
