A very pretty Sèvres crystal trinket dish, designed by L. Seiler, France, dating from around 1925-1945. The molded or cut and fire-polished crystal bowl is decorated with diamond-cut points and an engraved star at the base, mounted on a gilt brass or bronze tripod base with lion's paw feet and a charming neoclassical handle. An elegant and decorative piece in the neoclassical style, it can be used as a trinket dish. The piece is unsigned and the original label is missing: Opaline Cristal de Sèvres L. Seiler.
Maximum diameter 14 cm, total length with handle approximately 23 cm, maximum height 11 cm at the handle, bowl height with feet 4.5 cm. Weight approximately 750–800 g.
