Product description
A very pretty Sèvres crystal trinket dish, designed by L. Sellier, France, dating from around 1965-1980. The molded or cut crystal bowl is fire-polished and decorated with diamond-cut points and an engraved star at the base. It rests on a gilt brass or bronze mount, a tripod base with lion's paw feet, and a charming neoclassical handle. An elegant and decorative piece in the neoclassical/Hollywood Regency style of the 1960s-70s, it can be used as a trinket dish. The original label is still inside the bowl.
Maximum diameter 13 cm, total length including handle approximately 23 cm, maximum height 11 cm to the handle, bowl height including feet 4.5 cm. Weight approximately 750-800 g.
