A very pretty Sèvres crystal trinket dish, designed by L. Sellier, France, dating from around 1965-1980. The molded or cut crystal bowl is fire-polished and decorated with diamond-cut points and an engraved star at the base. It rests on a gilt brass or bronze mount, a tripod base with lion's paw feet, and a charming neoclassical handle. An elegant and decorative piece in the neoclassical/Hollywood Regency style of the 1960s-70s, it can be used as a trinket dish. The original label is still inside the bowl.
