Rare pair of 1st edition Verner Panton S chairs for Herman Miller in 1968 in glossy red. Iconic one-piece stacking chair. The chairs from this early period differ technically from modern versions. They are heavier, made of Baydur, a polyurethane fiberglass with high resistance and strength. They are marked with the original "Herman Miller Collection" sticker - see photo. The chairs are in superb vintage condition.
