Set of three "Vase Feuille" vases, contemporary crafts - France
Set of three ethnic terracotta vases. This is a French artisanal production. Each is a different size to create a harmonious composition. Their stylized shape reveals the technique used to make them, then they are polychromed in dark gray with a textured matte finish. A border of parallel beige incisions runs the length of the structure, clearly visible at the mouth of each vase. These ornaments are clearly tribal-inspired, but with a more avant-garde vision.
