Product description
Beautiful set of five hand-blown vases and jug from Empoli, Italy (ca. 1960-70). These so-called Opalina Fiorentina pieces are made of cased glass: a white inner layer combined with a brown/beige swirl decor on the outside. The result is a striking and warm pattern typical of Mid - Century Italian glassware.
The set consists of several shapes, including graceful belly vases and an elegant jug with clear glass ear. All pieces are in good vintage condition, with no chips or cracks. They are decorative as a group, but also individually real eye-catchers.
The vases and jug have different sizes. The attached drinking glass is 10 cm high and 7 cm wide. This gives an indication of the different heights of the objects.
