Rare set of iconic H-70 armchairs designed by renowned Czech modernist Jindřich Halabala for UP Závody, Brno, circa 1930s–1940s. This set is preserved in its original and exceptionally well-kept condition, making it a rare find for both collectors and design enthusiasts. Unlike many restored examples, this armchairs retains its authentic character while remaining fully functional and comfortable. Elegant beechwood frame with beautifully curved armrests, a hallmark of Halabala’s timeless design. Ready for use – sturdy and stable, free of dirt and liquid stains. Yellow favric with decent black pattern. Very well preserved, including the inner padding. The H-70 model is one of the most sought-after pieces of Central European modernist furniture.
