Product description
A set of four bentwood chairs produced by Jacob & Josef Kohn (also written J. & J. Kohn), the Vienna and Moravia based bentwood furniture manufacturer founded in 1849 and one of the leading bentwood makers of the 19th and early 20th century. The chairs feature curved wooden frames, turned supports, rounded top rails, and decorative embossed seat and back panels.
Each chair has a curved backrest framed by turned wooden uprights and a rounded top rail. The seat and back panels feature an ornate embossed floral and scroll pattern, while the lower frames include curved legs and horizontal supports.
