Product description
Set of Norwegian Brutalist candlesticks designed by Olav Joa in 1972. These are part of the Steel Art series and were produced in limited quantities (1972-1974) by Polaris Fabrikker / Figgjo in Norway. The candlesticks are cast in stainless steel and are therefore quite heavy. A geometric and relief-like pattern has been applied to the surface, which is typical of the Brutalist design language of the early 1970s. The candlesticks are in very beautiful vintage condition, with the designer/manufacturer's label still present at the bottom. Price is for the set.
