Product description
Set of six chairs in light elm. The four rectangular legs are joined by an H-shaped stretcher. The rear uprights form both the legs and the backrest and support a slightly curved, straw-seated backrest at their upper section. The seat is also straw-seated and fits between the two side rails that connect the rear uprights to the front legs. A French manufacturer from the 1960s to the 1980s, Maison Regain embodies artisanal excellence. Rather than centralizing production in a soulless factory, the company had its pieces made in various workshops throughout France, thus ensuring it worked with the finest cabinetmakers in each specialty.
Good overall condition (minor signs of wear). No missing straw seats, no sagging.
