Set of 6 “S22” industrial dining chairs by Elmar Flototto for Pagholz (Germany, 1960s).
This set of six original S22 industrial dining chairs, designed by Elmar Flötotto for Pagholz, dates from the 1960s and was produced in Germany.
The chairs feature a rare and highly sought-after combination of rosewood-toned moulded Pagholz seats paired with crème powder-coated steel frames. Their clean, functional design reflects the strong industrial aesthetic Pagholz is known for.
All chairs are fully stackable and come with the original stacking trolley, a seldom-found and highly desirable addition.
The set is in very good vintage condition, showing only minor signs of wear consistent with age and use, without structural issues.
A timeless and characterful set, suitable for both dining and contract interiors, and a strong example of post-war German industrial design.
