A stylish and very well made rare set of six dining chairs in rosewood and leather. They were designed by Gunther Hoffstead and were made in England by Unilfex in the 1960’s.
They have an unusual and striking design, with beautiful rosewood frames and strapped thick leather upholstery. The rosewood has gorgeous grain patterns, the black leather has acquired a lovely patina over the years. Sympathetic repairs to a couple of the backrest's which can be seen on the pictures.
Small repair to leather see pictures.
