This set of five minimalist chairs was designed during the 1960s. It is probably a prototype made by a Swedish manufactory, and the chairs never entered mass production. They have a solid frame made of black coated metal wire. The form refers to the iconic design by Cees Braakman for the Dutch manufacture Pastoe from the late 1950s, i.e. the SMo5 Wire chair. Raw, in a minimalist aesthetics, they will fit in industrial arrangements as well as in modern ones.
This set is in original vintage condition. They have small chips and tarnish on metal. The seat is 41 cm high.
