This set of four glass coasters was produced by VMC Reims glass factory VMC Reims (Verreries Mécaniques Champenoises) in France during the 1970s. The design features a distinct starburst pattern that radiates from the centre, giving the pieces a refined, crystal-like appearance. Crafted from clear glass, each coaster is formed with a scalloped edge that adds texture and visual interest to the table setting. The transparent material allows the intricate starburst motif to catch and reflect light, enhancing their decorative appeal.
