Set of 4 characterful vintage industrial chairs (tubular frame)
Are you looking for authentic vintage chairs with an industrial character and a unique history? This beautiful set of 4 chairs combines a timeless, minimalist design with a robust appearance.
*The story & style:
-Design: Classic tubular frame / cantilever chair design with a sturdy grey/metallic tubular frame and seat/backrests made of molded plywood/plywood wood (style reminiscent of school chairs/Pagholz/Gispen/Ahrend).
-Origin: These chairs come from a former sewing factory/garment workshop in Locristi. True industrial history! From the 1960s.
-Condition: They have been carefully restored/refurbished while retaining their authentic vintage charm. The chairs are sturdy, comfortable, and ready for a second life. Note: On 1 chair, there is a superficial crack/fine tear in the wood veneer on the front of the backrest (see detail photo). This does not affect the sturdiness or seating comfort.
